This policy explains what China Import Tools expects to collect when the site offers calculators, checklists, and email updates.

Information we collect

If you use an email form, we collect your email address and the source page where the form was submitted. Cloudflare Pages and related hosting infrastructure may also process basic technical logs such as request time, browser information, and IP-derived security data.

If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may receive page-level and non-sensitive interaction events such as checklist CTA clicks, successful email signup events, calculator starts, and CSV export events. We do not send your email address, product details, supplier quote, shipping quote, duty rate, landed cost total, or cost-per-unit result to analytics.

How we use it

We use email information to send requested checklists, product updates, and occasional research questions about China importing and sourcing workflows. We do not need sensitive personal information for this site.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email subscriptions are processed through MailerLite. If configured, Google Analytics is used for page and non-sensitive interaction analytics. Those services may process data under their own privacy and security terms.

Your choices

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option through the email provider. You may also request deletion of email subscription data.

This is a practical MVP privacy policy, not a substitute for legal review. Review before launch if the site begins collecting production user data.
